Responsibilities and Duties

Employee engagement and internal communication
- Proposing and organizing the implementation of effective internal communication programs

- Carry out 1-1 meetings on a monthly basis; organize the implementation of employee

Performance Management

- Manage performance appraisal mid-year and year end.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Ensuring the fair, accurate, complete, timely and compliant implementation of the
