Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource management functions: Planning and

- Ensuring the effective implementation of human resources strategies and plans for long

- Manage onboarding process: offer letters, personal documents and HR induction to new
employees.

human resource development.
Employee engagement and internal communication
- Proposing and organizing the implementation of effective internal communication programs
- Plan and implement team building activities to connect employees
- Build a professional, friendly and modern working environment.

- Carry out 1-1 meetings on a monthly basis; organize the implementation of employee
survey programs on employee satisfaction on their team leaders/managers and the Company&039;s
policies if needed.
Performance Management
- Establish performance appraisal; Set up KPIs and provide guidance to Departments and
support department managers
- Manage performance appraisal mid-year and year end.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Ensuring the fair, accurate, complete, timely and compliant implementation of the

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree or higher, graduated in law, human resource management, business
- Fluent English (Japanese is an advantage)

- Minimum 03 years of experience in the field of Human Resources
- Having experience in the IT industry.
- Have sound knowledge on Vietnamese Labor Law, Personal Income Tax and Social
- Working experience in a Japanese company is a plus.
- Having experience in managing team

- Ability to resolve problems and conflicts, communicate, persuade and negotiate well.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides...)
- High responsibility, confidence, assertiveness and fairness.
- Knowledge of psychology and human behavior.
