Job Description:
• Take full responsibility for managing and updating employee records, including contracts, insurance, payroll, promotions, transfers, rewards, and disciplinary actions.
• Build and promote corporate culture in line with the Board of Directors’ vision.
• Plan and execute recruitment strategies to ensure staffing needs are met promptly and effectively across departments.
• Prepare periodic or ad- hoc reports on HR and administrative performance.
• Draft and implement internal regulations, HR policies, and administrative documents (e.g. working regulations, benefit policies, travel reimbursements, document filing).
• Develop HR policies, employee benefit schemes, and organizational structures tailored to different business phases and strategic goals.
• Design workforce planning, organizational charts, job descriptions, and HR systems aligned with the company’s structure.
• Oversee general administrative operations and propose improvements when necessary.
• Receive and address employee feedback regarding company policies, working environment, and HR- related matters.
Requirements:
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills: agile, detail- oriented, tactful, diligent, and honest.
• College or University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• English communication skills are mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (as HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist).
