Job description
Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Analyze compensation and benefits trends, propose competitive salary structures, and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent
Develop and implement effective recruitment activities to attract talent.
Implement succession planning to ensure continuity of leadership.
Collaborate with department managers to identify the Company needs and improvement actions.
Manage the implementation of other Human Resources & General Affairs tasks.
Develop, implement, and update Human Resources & General Affairs procedures to support Company in achieving strategic objectives.
Manage employee performance & KPI, including coaching, defining KPI target, KPI result, performance evaluation, and development.
- Working Time: 8:00 – 17:00, Mon – Fri & alternative Sat
- Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (18km from Sai Gon bridge, 9km from Thu Duc intersection, 2km from Dong Nai bridge, 5km from National Highway 1K. The Office and Factory are located in a single location.)

Required experience / skills detail
Age: From 33 years old
Education:
Bachelor&039; degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
At least 5 years experiences in Human Resources & General Affairs field and 3 years experience in manager position of Human Resources & General Affairs department.
Soft skills:
Good management skills such as leadership skill, people management skill, coaching skill, change management skill, planning skill, analytical skill, problem solving skill, etc
Good English communication skills.
