Mô tả công việc

Office Admin work:

Assisting with invoice processing and billing
Support AGV members or clients during their stay in Vietnam including accommodation reservation, airport pick- up, tour booking, and any other assistance upon guests’ requests.
Providing administrative support to different teams or departments. Assisting with project coordination and logistics
Be in charge of purchasing, preparing monthly payment list
Prepare a yearly budget and manage/maintain the budget of the department.
Manage petty cash and properly administer common expenses, purchase requests
Be in charge of Asset and Inventory Management
Supervise office maintenance including infrastructure, electric equipment, air conditioners, water systems, etc.
Assist the GM in managing office operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.Ensuring the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to work

HR work:

Monthly registration for new employees and reporting of social health and unemployment insurance (SHUI); Register for dependent relief
Assist in organizing internal and external events
Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews
Maintain & always keep up- to- date the Personnel database and employees’ information;
Ad- hoc reporting related to headcount and cost to company as requested.
Coordinate and organize employee training sessions and maintain training records
Monitor and manage employee time off requests, including sick leave, vacation
Handle document processing for personnel changes in the company upon request (promotion, termination, transfer, salary adjustment, disciplinary measure...);
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Follow up staff performance appraisal; renewal of labor contracts, update of employees’ promotion, transfer, termination and exit interview;
Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations

Yêu cầu công việc

Well- planning and managing multi- jobs/ projects
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Excellent Office and MS Office skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Good negotiation skill
2+ years experience in Human Resource or administration field.
Bachelor degree in human resources, business administration, law or relevant
Excellent in risk management
