The HR Coordinator (C&B) supports the effective administration of compensation, benefits, and HR operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience in line with company policies and local labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits

Support monthly payroll preparation by coordinating attendance, leave, overtime, and benefits data.
Administer employee benefits programs including insurance, social insurance, PIT, allowances, and other welfare schemes.
Maintain accurate and up- to- date employee compensation and benefits records.

HR Operations

Prepare HR documents such as contracts, amendments, confirmations, and employee letters.
Maintain and update employee personal files and HR systems.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including benefits enrollment and clearance.

Compliance & Reporting

Prepare HR reports related to headcount, payroll, benefits, and costs.
Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
Support audits and inspections when required.

Qualifications & Skills

Good knowledge of labor law, payroll, and benefits administration.
Minimum 1 years of experience in HR, preferably in Compensation & Benefits.
Proficient in MS Excel and HR systems.
Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
