Talent Acquisition
Build candidates database;
Handle all recruitment administration;
Manage the full recruitment process: Sourcing, screening resumes, conducting interviews, offering, candidate’s reference check, closing and onboarding duties;
Prepare monthly recruitment reports to update of the hiring status, turnover rate and provide any recommendations or solutions if necessary;
Initiate and implement Employer Branding program (including internal engagement and outside activities).
Utilize various sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, internet sourcing, employee referral program, ect.) to attract talents;
Create networks and relationships with various schools, student bodies, associations for recruitment purposes;
Manage recruitment budget;
Manage the job offer process, including internal salary benchmarking and perform reference checks when required;
Develop recruitment strategy include job posting, recruiting marketing channel development, recruitment campaign, talent planning,..
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and presents candidate profiles in order to help hiring managers make informed decisions;
Mainly in charge for recruiting employees for the school;
Employee Relation/Talent Engagement activities
Support activities that focus on enhancing organizational performance, promoting diversity, developing a committed workforce and building organizational capability that directly impact business strategy, e.g. HR info day, Career day, HR connects, Leadership connects;
Resolve complex employee relations issues and addresses grievances;
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
Lead and coordinate associates surveys;
Administration Task
Remind probation performance appraisal before proceeding labor contract;
Provide guidelines and support for expatriates to obtain required documents (such as temporary residence book, Vietnamese health check, Vietnamese police check, etc.) for expatriate formalities’ application;
Proceed with visa, temporary resident card, and work permit applications and follow up for renewals;
Join hand in other HR functions & tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
Prepare offer letter or employment agreement for new hire;
Collect required documents from new hire (Vietnamese);
