Human Resources Executive (In Charge Recruitment) - 6 Months Contract

- Perform screening interviews in- person or online with candidates
- Submit/process papers for payment related to HR expenses to Finance and Business Support Department.
- Maintain and control HR office stationary supplies at minimal cost and wastage at all times.
- Comply and support IHG Human Rights Policy, IHG Foundation, IHG Green Engage, IHG Code of Ethics and Business Conduct when administrating all HR tasks.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional work area.
- Assist in maintaining and creating a positive atmosphere within the hotel that allows for open two way communication and ensures morale and productivity reach the highest possible levels, achieving colleagues’ satisfaction
- Be an active part in advertising resort brand to potential candidates
- Identify and assist in planning for the purchasing of supplies, equipment, facilities and services necessary to maintain an efficient office.
- Filter profiles, CVs and organize the recruitment database for use by assigned persons.
- Support administration and organizing annual staff satisfaction survey
- Distribute information and forms to employees and explain HR policies and procedures to help employees to understand thoroughly.
- Support & initiate ideas for Job Advertisement activities both online & offline
- Performing reference and background checks for supervisor position and above
- Set up schedule and arrange interviews for HR leaders or department leaders as required.
- Promote teamwork, company culture and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
- Support to arrange the welcome and Orientation to new comers

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations.
• Good writing skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Diploma in Human Resources, Training or Business Administration.
• 1 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work- related experience.
