Human Resources Executive - Recruitment

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Take full ownership of end- to- end recruitment for operational, back- office, specialist, and managerial positions across all SCPQ properties.
- Manage job postings, CV screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination with Department Heads
- Act as main contact for candidates; prepare offer letters, probation contracts, and onboarding documentation
- Coordinate onboarding and maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and new hire files.
- Prepare manpower tracking, recruitment reports, and HR dashboards.
Expat & HR Administration
- Take full responsibility for expatriate employment documentation, including Work Permit, Visa, and TRC, ensuring legal compliance.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR and expat records
- Liaise with authorities, service providers, and internal stakeholders; track validity, renewals, and compliance timelines
HR Operations & Coordination
- Manage HR administrative tasks related to recruitment and employee lifecycle
- Manage recruitment vendors, sourcing channels, and related contracts
- Support recruitment- related travel arrangements and HR documentation.
- Coordinate staff uniform planning and labour outsourcing documentation
Training & Employer Branding Support
- Support internship programs, talent pipelines, and employer branding activities
- Assist Training team with internal workshops and HR learning initiatives.
- Coordinate orientation and induction programs for new hires

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment or HR Operations
- Experience in hospitality or multi- property operations is an advantage
- Fluent in Vietnamese & English.
- Hands- on experience in expatriate Work Permit, Visa, and TRC processes
