Update, store, and manage payment records and employee records.
Support recruitment task: Posting JD, contacting, welcoming, sending invitations,... to candidates.
Support participation in organizing internal company programs and events.
Support recruitment brand communication through platforms such as TikTok, Fanpage,...
Directly practice interviewing candidates.
Perform other tasks as requested by the department.
Contact an agency that provides basic services.
Support for administrative work.

Basic office computer skills.
Final- year students are in the process of writing reports and graduation theses.
Able to work at least 4 days/week (or 8 sessions a week)
Basic visual design skills: Canva.
Have a personal laptop.
Internship duration: minimum 2 months.
Agile, careful, and responsible at work.
Language skills: English (preferred, optional), Vietnamese.

Working location: 122- 124 đường B2, Phường An Lợi Đông, Thành phố Thủ Đức, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam
Working time: Monday – Friday | 9am- 6pm
Be ready to spend time sharing work and orientation right in the interview with students.

Gain experience and direct guidance from the Specialist and Superior level.

No Salary and Allowance support. Priority is given to those who want to gain experience in the field of Administration- Human Resources.
