Human Resources Manager

Manage the recruitment and selection process;
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs;
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance;
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics;
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital;
Nurture a positive working environment;
Maintain pay plan and benefits program;
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization;

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills;
People oriented and results driven;
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field;
In- depth knowledge of labor law, social insurance law, PIT and HR best practices.
At least 8 years’ experience as HRBP or HR Manager role at FMCG/ Retail/ services environment at national role;
Knowledge of HR systems and databases;
Have solid experiences in HR functions including recruitment, compensation, training, employees’ relations, manpower plan, and performance evaluation, etc;
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
