* Human responsibilities
- In the environment of multi- skilling and creative rostering, the Human Resources Manager will be held accountable for the effective
management, in accordance with Grand K policies and philosophies, of staff at each level.
- Responsibility for effective recruitment, training and development, certification, performance evaluation, turnover reduction, and
ptimization of productivity through efficient work practices and staff rostering.
- To ensure that all necessary tools and equipment are provided to staff in order to function efficiently.
- Support and reward staff innovation.
- To conduct weekly and monthly meetings with the Human Resources team and related departments for job follow- up and information
dissemination purposes.
- Maintain open communication with peers, superiors, and subordinates at all times.
- To create a good working atmosphere and efficient cooperation in the Human Resources department.
Relations
- Maintains and develops fruitful relationships with existing and potential clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Directly responsible to the General Manager and will liaise closely with other teams.

- To perform other related duties and special projects as required by the General Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Experience: At least 05- years’ experience in the same position with an internationally branded hotel or serviced residence
- Organizational capability.
- Good knowledge and experience in Labour Law.
- Good command of English both in speaking and writing
- Computer knowledge and experience in MS Office programs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
- Leadership skills, communication skills.
