Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employee
Answer phone calls and record messages
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
Respond questions, requests, and concerns from employees regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines if needed
Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents, I- 9&039;s). Translate related documents
Assist walk- in candidates with application procedures
Support internal events for hotel associates.
Assist in logistics, administration, and scheduling of training sessions.
Create and type office correspondence using a computer

• 9.5 working hours/day
• Commit at least 04 to 06 months
• Fluent English skill
