Hybrid - Middle UI/UX Designer Figma

Responsibilities
Stakeholder Collaboration:

Define project goals, understand business/user needs, and clarify design requirements through discussions, brainstorming, or documentation.
Work closely with Product Owner, Business Analysts, and Developers to ensure products meet user needs and business objectives.

Design Execution

Design mobile/web/responsive for OnAir Platform
Ensure Optimized Design: Manage requirement changes, optimize solutions, present designs to stakeholders, and support process improvements to maintain quality and efficiency.
Information Design: Independently create Userflow, UI…based on research and defined directions for large/complex projects.
UI Design: Use UI design systems to deliver detailed design requirements aligned with project goals. Design landing pages and sales pages, so strong visual skills are required to effectively convey the message that the team wants to deliver.
When launching a feature and gathering feedback from customers, it is essential to collaborate with stakeholders to update the design and deliver the best possible user experience.

Design System

Build/update/maintain and Document complex components in the Design System/UI Kit to meet design needs (will be trained).

Strong visual design with a keen eye for typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy, as well as the ability to convey the team&039;s ideas through visuals.
Interested in the EdTech industry and possesses a basic foundation in self- learning skills.
Over 2 years of experience in developing web/app products.
A profound portfolio demonstrates your understanding of web/mobile touch interaction.
Collaborate with the BA team to develop UI/UX for the product
Able to adapt quickly and handle urgent tasks under pressure.
Experienced in working with the Marketing Department
Strong logical thinking.
Experience working in Ecommerce or Edtech and agile environment is a plus
Nice to have – "Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to apply AI in design or research workflows.”

A design test may be required as part of the interview process
