Hybrid - Technical Lead NodeJS/Python

Develop comprehensive project scope, plans, objectives, and supporting documentation to guide project execution.
Work with the team to implement agile project management standards for all programs.
Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced and dynamic environment
Oversee developers, analysts, and testers focusing on technical issues, software development, product releases, and engineering tasks.
Manage, execute, and oversee requirements and technical implementation of node.js/python- based web applications. AI experience is a plus.
Serve as primary point of contact related to systems with technical stakeholders.
Participate in overall contract scrum processes and ensure CI/CD practices are followed for releases
Identify areas for business process improvement and review with stakeholders. Determine appropriate solution architecture and ensure project management documentation including project charters and project management plans are executed.
Monitor and report on project progress, tracking resources, budgets, risks, and roadblocks while keeping key stakeholders informed of potential issues.
Conduct reviews and root cause analyses to continuously improve project processes and outcomes.

Work Hours: 

After their training period, their shift will transition to:
Training Period (One Month): 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM Vietnam Time, work hours may vary

04:00 PM to 01:00 AM (VNT), work hours may vary (with one hour break in between)
Work Location: Work from Home (temporary), will eventually transition to hybrid set- up depending on business demands

Experience with project management tools and software, such as Jira or Shortcut
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
Agile or Scrum certifications is a plus. 
Demonstrated experience with Node.js/Python/PHP/React development; Shortcut or Jira software to manage software development lifecycle activities.
Experience with Git, CI/CD and complete software life cycles
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
5- 10 years of project management experience in an enterprise- level environment.
Agile certifications strongly desired.
Experience managing projects in software development (JavaScript, Node, React, PHP, Python, WordPress).
Expertise in IT business analysis and strategic alignment with organizational objectives.
Demonstrated ability to gather and develop requirements, document business processes, and prioritize stakeholder needs in relation to product features.

Technical :

Over 3 years of project management experience in an enterprise- level environment.
