Hyrox Club Ambassador/Partnerships & Project Development

REPORTS TO: District Manager/ Regional Manager – Hyrox program
As a Hyrox Club Ambassador, you will be the face of our new and exciting Hyrox partnership. You will engage with our members, promote the Hyrox training program, and ensure a seamless experience for all participants.​ If you are passionate about fitness and wellness, and enjoy communicating with other members, we&039;d love to have you join our team!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor and report on member recruitment, engagement and feedback
Promote the Hyrox training program to current and prospective members and corporate​
Act as a liaison between Fitness team, Member Service team, Production team to facilitate an optimal training experience for members​
Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and energy to motivate members
Collaborate with marketing to create content and promotional materials
Develop and execute local marketing plan to recruit member and non- member for the program​

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to motivate and engage with members
Passion for fitness and wellness
Good at English communication​
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

KPIs:

Member experience for the Hyrox program​
Member & Corporate recruited for the Hyrox program​

BENEFITS:

Basic salary: from 10 – 15 million VND gross + bonus on KPIs
