IMPORT AND EXPORT SHIPPING OPERATION

Coordinate with local customers, partners, ports to work smoothly, handling customer&039;s inquiries.
Daily update shipment information, documentations processing related to shipments and time by time report to direct manager…
Other tasks assigned by managers.
Handle sea export and import shipments, take care of customer service and documentation, input data in system and make payment for shipments.

Working Hours: Mon- Fri (08:00- 12:00; 13:30- 17:30), Sat (08:00- 12:00)

RiverGate Residence, 151- 155 Ben Van Don Str., Khanh Hoi Ward, HCMC

Job Requirements

Able to work well under pressure.
Understand and can handle sea export and import shipments.
Know more Chinese & Cambodia is an advantage.
Bachelor Degree in Economics, Import/ Export, Logistics, or related fields
Having good knowledge of foreign trade, forwarding, import/ export process and custom
Fluent communication skills in English.
Dynamic, hard- working, honest, trustworthy, loyalty, teamwork, professional, detail- oriented
Good at leadership, communication, conflict resolution, problem solving & time management skills.
At least 01 year of experience in forwarder/shipping line.
Understand about ASYHUB, EDI system
Sufficient computer literacy (Word/Excel/Email/ Google Drive...).
