Local & Oversea Purchasing for main material

Update order estimation & shipping schedule
Control inventory standard for oversea main material
Issue PO with requested ETA & send it to suppliers
Transfer COA to techincal section for checking before coming cargo.​
Oversea order estimation for main material follow to PPC’s forecast, RW’s inventory, pending, lead time & standard stock what ensure for production & inventory for customs software in purpose of liquiation & tax refund

​2.Import Duties

Make other shipping docs (invoice & packing list) if 1 shipment gets 2 declaration types NSX & NKD)
Enter debit note from customs service company, check, collect shipping docs & transfer it to GM for signature
Check whether import tax amount comes customs’s account or not to make clearance
Control inventory & follow up shipping schedule
Make a copy, file, note & transfer orignal to the accountant, including invoice, packing list, contract,B/L & customs declaration
Transfer customs declaration to the accountant for import tax payment after customs service company finishes declaration
Make a contract & transfer a set of shipping docs to customs service company to make customs clearance
Follow up & control inventory on customs software
Make container coming list
Follow up liquidation process for customs declarations with type import for export purpose
Follow to inventory on customs software & export forecast from PPS to estimate necessary q’ty for export q’ty & decide declaration type (import for export NSX or import for domestic NKD)

Fairat English
At least 5 years of experience in the same field
University graduation
Age : 27- 40
Good at using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, email, internet
Experience in manufacturing export products is preferred
