Import/Export Supervisor

IMPORT from local Suppliers
To co- ordinate requests from originators (Purchasing, Suppliers, Shippers) to ensure timely deliveries into TA plant 1 and TA plant 3
Receive PO and check documents
Send declaration documents to accountants
Create certificate from the content move from TA1- TA3, print, sign, stemp
Create certificate from the content move from TA3- TA1, print, sign, stemp
Create declaration 02 under Decree 102 for Customs
Do customs fee payment
Prepare all necessary documents, including Customs Forms, copies of POs, Sales contract to ensure fast clearance.
Register new raw materials with customs
Responsible for monitoring the import process and arrange collection and escort of goods to TA plant 1 and TA plant 3 warehouses.
Submit documents, connect with customs, wait for customs clearance, send declarations to customers for delivery
EXPORT out TA1- TA3 to local areas or oversea (returned)
Work closely with domestic suppliers to assist them in preparing accurate documents, guiding customs declaration procedures for export declarations so that they can deliver goods in the fastest time
Prepare Customs Documents and declarations in case the Supplier is refused to return the goods, other goods will be shipped to TA1- TA3 and the goods are returned to the domestic market or returned or oversea.
Other duties may be assigned.

Good at English (both written & verbal)
Knowledge of regulation & current law.
Proficiency with all MS Office applications
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Logistics, International Business, or Finance
Furniture manufacturing preferred
3- 5 years of relevant import/export the same level
