In-Villa Dining Supervisor

Train, coach, and support team members to maintain high service standards.
Ensure compliance with Six Senses standards, SOPs, and service procedures.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all service areas.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Supervise daily In- Villa Dining operations to ensure smooth service flow, quality standards, and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest requests, special arrangements, and complaints professionally, ensuring effective service recovery.
Conduct daily briefings, assign duties, and manage staff schedules and rosters.
Ensure all in- villa dining orders are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with brand standards.
Prepare daily operation reports and communicate key issues to management.
Monitor stock levels, control costs, and support inventory management.
Coordinate order taking, preparation, delivery, and service with Kitchen, Stewarding, Housekeeping, and Butler teams.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of service equipment and supplies.

Strong knowledge of F&B service procedures, room service operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong service mindset.
Good leadership, team supervision, training, and scheduling skills.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in In- Villa Dining / Room Service / Supervisor roles at upscale hotels or luxury resorts.
Strong communication, problem- solving, and guest service skills.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or related fields.
Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
