Inbound Travel Consultant

Dealing with customer queries, complaints, and make alternative arrangements for customers.
Contacting hotels, suppliers and have the ability to negotiate for rates.
Handle holiday’s packages for groups and individuals.
Open new Sales Channels in order to develop & enhance business with different Nationalities to open new markets
Contract new hotels, suppliers (restaurants, transportation and travel agents) worldwide
Participating in Planning and launching different products
Prepare regular reports explaining and analyzing the work status quo and using market research information to guide decisions.
Handle tailor made requests; understand about customer demand to provide suitable Itinerary and quotation.

• Enthusiastic, dynamic and eager to learn
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively
• Proficient use Microsoft Office
• Proactive, cooperative spirit, good organizational skills and problem solving ability
• Adequate knowledge about travel products and itineraries, hotels, destinations and travel experiences
• Tourism qualifications or equivalent
• High sense of responsibility
• Equivalent experience in tourism industry
