Nhân Viên Điều hành tour du lịch Quốc Tế / Outbound Management Trainee

- Complete products (Tour program, Offer price) Inbound Tour, Outbound Tour with individual tickets, Inbound Tour & Outbound Tour for groups.
- Dealing with suppliers (restaurants, hotels, land tours, quotes, insurance...);
- Confirm booking, propose & proceed with deposit, solve problems that occur during the tour.
- Directly prepare for tours such as making group lists, completing visa procedures, air tickets, ... tracking the exact departure schedule & commenting on the process of guiding of tour guide.
- Responsible for handing over the tour & ensuring accurate information is provided to the tour guide.
- Solve and respond to all Tour reports from tour guides.
- Within the specified time, complete the tour settlement according to the company's archives.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors
