Program Development and Management:
• Oversee the daily operations of the incubation program to ensure smooth execution.
• Design and manage the incubation program, including recruitment of startups, mentorship, and resource allocation.
• Develop a comprehensive incubation strategy aligned with the company’s innovation goals.
Startup Identification and Selection:
• Develop and implement a robust selection process to recruit and onboard startups.
• Evaluate startup pitches and business models to determine viability and potential for success.
• Identify high- potential startups and innovative projects within the e- commerce space.
Mentorship and Support:
• Connect startups with internal and external mentors, investors, and industry experts.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to startups, helping them refine their business models and go- to- market strategies.
• Facilitate access to necessary resources, including funding, technology, and workspace.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of incubated startups, providing regular feedback and support.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the incubation program.
• Prepare and present regular reports on the performance and impact of the incubation efforts to senior management.
Partnerships and Networking:
• Represent Onpoint at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including venture capitalists, angel investors, and corporate partners.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative community within the incubation program.
Innovation and Market Trends:
• Identify emerging opportunities and threats within the market to inform incubation strategy.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the e- commerce, tech, and fintech industries
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the company.
Requirements:
Education background requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Innovation, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience/Industry requirements:
Minimum of 5- 7 years of experience in startup incubation, product innovation, or a related role within tech/fintech companies.
Strong understanding of the e- commerce ecosystem and market dynamics.
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling startups or innovative projects.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem- solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast- paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
