Industrial Engineer

Update performance tracking weekly.
Understand Production process to standardize current procedures.
Understand the Engineering Specification Change Requests to know what changes need to be changed.
Escalate incidents or issues to US Team for further analysis to identify potential problems and implement solutions proactively.
Make the plan and control the progress to make sure meet timeline.
Diligently and accurately maintain Engineering specification changes in the system environment following SOP.
Control the Task assignment from system: Engineering specification change orders from the Solid work manage system, new item set ups from Calisto system.
Proactively communicate with the US team to identify the Effective date.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Knowledge of:
Product specifications
3D Drawing
System Processing & controlling
AUTO CAD
Skills and Abilities:
Abilities: Database & timeline controlling
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a multicultural environment.
Good at Excel
Good at English (4 skills)
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Basic knowledge of engineering principles and tools.
Analysis tool: Pivot Table, Power PI
