About the Role:
Vulcan Labs is one of the largest global mobile app publishers, shaping the next generation of AI- powered applications for users around the world.
As an Influencer Marketing Executive at Vulcan Labs, you will work with KOLs, KOCs, and UGC creators to promote our mobile applications through authentic, social- first content. You will source creators, guide them with simple briefs and ideas, and ensure their content highlights our app features in a clear and engaging way.
The role focuses on creator management, UGC coordination, trend understanding, and AI- supported workflows.
Responsibilities:
Influencer Collaboration
Brief creators on app features, key messages, and content requirements.
Track posting schedules and ensure timely delivery.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard KOLs/KOCs/creators cross- social platforms.
Ensure deliverables meet quality, accuracy, and brand tone.
Manage content from concept → script → draft → review → final.
Negotiate deliverables, pricing, and usage rights.
Influencer Expansion
Build long- term relationships with creators, managers, and agencies.
Coordinate with the Marketing team for boosting creator videos (Spark Ads, whitelisting, etc.).
Grow and diversify the creator database (nano ~ macro, UGC creators, niche communities).
Explore new sources: talent agencies, micro communities, student groups, niche interest creators.
Stay updated on rising creators and new formats on TikTok/IG.
UGC Production
Work with UGC creators to produce raw assets usable for ads, organic social, and app promotion.
Source UGC creators who can deliver scalable, repeatable content.
Review and refine UGC to ensure relevance, clarity, and app accuracy.
Creative Support & Direction
Suggest storylines based on app features, user problems, and current trends.
Collaborate with internal creative teams to repurpose creator content.
Ensure creative direction fits the app’s communication style and objectives.
Provide creators with ideas, hooks, angles, scripts, and references.
Be able to explain new features clearly to creators.
Understand the app’s onboarding flow, main use cases, and target users.
Translate product insights into simple benefit- driven messaging for content.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Use performance data to suggest new creative directions or creator types.
Ensure tracking links, whitelisting permissions, and usage rights are set correctly.
Identify influencers with high potential for paid amplification.
Work with Marketing teams to align tracking (UTMs, dashboards, reporting).
Track KPIs: reach, engagement, CPM, CPI, conversions.
Research & Insights
Provide insights and recommendations to sharpen strategy and creative ideas.
Monitor TikTok/IG trends, audio trends, creator behaviors, formats.
Study competitor influencer activities in the app market.
Operations & Coordination
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on creator output and learnings.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Creative teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Handle contracts, paperwork, and payment workflows.
Maintain the influencer database and update performance logs.
