Objective: The Influencer and Affiliate Lead will be responsible for building and scaling both the influencer and affiliate networks to drive sales, increase brand visibility, and grow the business. This role will manage relationships with influencers and affiliates, lead influencer campaigns, and continuously expand the affiliate network, ensuring that both programs contribute to the brand&039;s overall growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Structure & Setup:
Develop clear guidelines, compensation structures, and policies for both influencers and affiliates to ensure program transparency and ease of management.
Implement and manage the influencer and affiliate platforms, ensuring smooth operation and integration with the brand&039;s overall marketing strategy.
Influencer & Affiliate Management:
Recruit and onboard new affiliates and influencers through various outreach methods (social media, personalized communication, partnerships, etc.).
Drive influencer marketing campaigns aimed at boosting brand awareness, product visibility, and sales.
Align influencer and affiliate activities with key product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns to maximize impact.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers and affiliates, ensuring consistent engagement and collaboration.
Collaboration & Campaigns:
Ensure affiliates and influencers are provided with engaging content, promotional assets, and key information on campaigns and launches.
Collaborate with the content and livestream teams to integrate influencer and affiliate efforts into broader marketing campaigns.
Lead influencer campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring that KPIs are met and sales goals are supported.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Continuously refine outreach and engagement strategies for influencers and affiliates to ensure the growth and effectiveness of both networks.
Provide regular reports and insights to the broader team, optimizing the strategy based on performance data and evolving business needs.
Monitor the performance of both influencer and affiliate programs, tracking KPIs such as engagement, sales, and ROI.
