Influencer Management Team Lead

Responsibilities | Mô tả công việc

Execute booking plan in 1Q- FY plan;
Work with Brand team & Commercial team to develop MKT plan;
Manage campaigns actively & closely to achieve reliable performance; report after campaign;
Other responsibilities assigned by BOD.
Work with Finance and Legal team to prepare paperwork for Influencers;
Research & propose influencer list for campaign; prepare quotation & optimize KPI for booking plan;
Explore new Influencers & establish, manage relationships with Influencers;

Qualifications| Yêu cầu
We seek a dynamic and ambitious Influencer Management Team Lead who will possess the following attributes:

Graduated from College/University or higher majoring in PR- Marketing or related fields is an advantage;
Need to be social savvy on all platforms. Researching skills on social networks to find more fresh faces of Influencers.
Minimum 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, and at least 1 year in management level, experience in beauty/cosmetics or retail is a plus;
Be able to handle (infrequently) high pressure;
