Responsibilities:
- Build a community around our brand, using a creative approach to connecting influencers and new communities while maintain, and
- Strategically vet , identify and hunt new influencers who align with our brand DNA.
grow constructive and sustainable relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, leveraging those relationships to support
business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Identify influencers for brand campaigns and programs that maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs which will include influencer
utreach and negotiation to ensure an optimal outcome for HEPMIL. .
- Track, monitor, analyze, and assess the performance of influencer marketing campaigns for strategic decisions and improvements
through analytical reports to ensure ROI and media value (MV) targets are being hit.
- Collaborate with Social Media, Brand and other functions to provide compelling, influencer- led content that will engage our community
across our social media channels.
- Brainstorm and come up with out- of- the- box ideas and key concepts for influencers&039; content.
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently with cross- functional teams.
- Passionate about new media and digital content, with strong interest in social media content creation.
- Excellent written, interpersonal & communication skills, comfortable with talking to international stakeholders. Fluent in english.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, G Suite tools and Keynote
- 02 to 03 year of experience with strong background in Influencer Marketing/Ecomerce/ advertising and media industry, consumer trends on social media, especially TikTok
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational and business- judgement skills.
