Infrastructure Architect Engineer

Job purpose:

Ensuring the development, operation and exploitation of the IT infrastructure to carry out the basic and related activities within the company.
Performs support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure within the company.

Working schedule:

44 hours/week, off on Saturday and Sunday

Reporting line:

Collaborate and cooperate with colleagues from the IT team for the correct and timely solution of problems specific to the field.
He reports to the IT Manager.
Maintains coordination with production departments within UACV.

Job summary:

To know and respect the applicable internal documents for the position he holds, according to the training plan.
Performs any other profile activities requested by management.
Collaborate with hardware and software suppliers and service companies.
Obliges to attend specialized courses offered by the company.
Performs data backups and restorations according to the specific prescriptions for each database/server (Production data, History, E- mail, Human Resources, etc.).
It is ensured that the software that installs them is licensed according to the legislation in force, it is ensured that the software versions are at the level of the established baseline. In the event that it finds that there are software likely to be unlicensed, it uninstalls them from the respective stations and reports to the IT Manager.
Install, configure and maintain the company&039;s IT/OT network (physical servers, virtual infrastructure, cloud infrastructure and network equipment).
To know and respect the specific work instructions for operating and protecting equipment at the workplace.
Analyze together with the security analyst/manager all the incidents reported by them.
Works with heads of production departments to understand their information needs and solve them.
Plan projects to improve existing technologies.
Continuous documentation of implemented systems and processes.

Job requirements:

Bachelor degreer in Information Technology, Computers, Electronic,… or relates field
Extensive knowledge of computer network systems, data communications security procedures
Advanced knowledge in the IT field: MSOffice program package, VmWare, Veeam, Active Directory, M365
Minimum 5 years in a similar position.
Advanced operating system knowledge: Windows, Linux.
Optional training courses, specializations: Microsoft MCP, CISCO, CompTIA, etc.
Knowledge of the English language, advanced level
