As an Infrastructure Engineer in Glohow, you will oversee and enhance the infrastructure for three key areas:
Enterprise Systems: Manage and improve company- wide site and system infrastructure to support organizational operations and growth.
Game Infrastructure Management: Maintain and optimize the infrastructure for our live game services, ensuring seamless and reliable gaming experiences for players.
Platform Product Support: Provide infrastructure support for our in- development platform, enabling smooth product development and delivery.
Responsibilities
Service Infrastructure: Ensure the reliability and scalability of infrastructure supporting live services.
Enterprise Infrastructure Management: Develop strategies for scalable infrastructure that supports organizational growth and cross- functional needs.
Cross- Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to align infrastructure with business goals and objectives.
Monitoring and Incident Management: Implement advanced monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to proactively identify and resolve system issues.
Security and Compliance: Enhance system security, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
Automation: Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring processes to streamline operations and improve reliability.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
System Design and Reliability: Architect, implement, and maintain robust, high- availability infrastructure across both cloud and on- premise environments.
Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize infrastructure performance metrics, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
Process Improvement: Develop and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and team collaboration.
