Hands on experience with Windows Server and Linux
Strong analytical, problem- solving, and troubleshooting skills
Experience in writing technical documentation, especially incident reports
1+ years’ experience working as a Infrastructure Engineer or NOC Engineer or similar role
Experience with ticketing platforms
Understanding ITIL framework and service management
Excellent knowledge of alerting and monitoring tools
Experience with network and security
