* This position will be temporarily working in LEGO Training Facility (Eastern International University- Binh Duong) & fully relocated to VSIP3 by early 2025. Shuttle buses are provided from HCMC & Bien Hoa City.
* Vị trí này sẽ tạm thời làm việc tại Trung tâm Đào tạo của LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam (Trường Đại học quốc tế Miền Đông- Bình Dương), và sẽ di chuyển địa điểm làm việc về khu vực nhà máy tại VSIP3 vào đầu năm 2025. Công ty có hỗ trợ xe đưa đón từ khu vực TP.HCM và TP. Biên Hòa.

Core Responsibilities

Provide support, participate proactively and demonstrate leadership on QEHS in Machine Maintenance area.Hỗ trợ và chủ động tham gia các hoạt động liên quan đến QEHS (Chất lượng, Môi trường, Sức khỏe và An toàn) trong khu vực bảo trì máy móc.

Comply with the QEHS legal requirements, standards (External / internal) and others applicable to your area.Tuân thủ các yêu cầu pháp lý, tiêu chuẩn QEHS (bên ngoài / nội bộ) và các yêu cầu khác liên quan đến khu vực làm việc.

Maintain the LEGO equipment in appropriate conditions to ensure reliable production output.Bảo dưỡng thiết bị trong nhà máy LEGO dưới điều kiện phù hợp để đảm bảo số lượng sản xuất đầu ra.

Keep the percentage of equipment utilization high without sacrificing quality requirements.Tối ưu hóa quá trình sử dụng thiết bị nhưng không ảnh hưởng đến các yêu cầu về chất lượng.

Ensure daily plastic injection moulding machine repair according to production needs and priorities.Đảm bảo việc sửa chữa máy ép nhựa hàng ngày đúng theo nhu cầu sản xuất.

Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Thực hiện các hoạt động bảo trì phòng ngừa và khắc phục.

Daily Data collection of corrective/preventive activities.Lưu trữ dữ liệu hàng ngày về các hoạt động khắc phục/phòng ngừa.

Communication with colleagues (on- time deliveries, sharing experiences and knowledge).Giao tiếp với đồng nghiệp (đảm bảo thời gian giao hàng, chia sẻ kinh nghiệm và kiến thức).

Regarding critical decision making, you should request support from your immediate leader.Nhờ sự hỗ trợ từ cấp trên nếu có bất kì vấn đề nào nghiêm trọng.

Comply with the regulations of the area.Tuân thủ các quy định của khu vực làm việc.

Keep the LEGO equipment in appropriate conditions to ensure the production according companies trust and product quality.Bảo dưỡng thiết bị trong nhà máy LEGO dưới điều kiện phù hợp để đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm.

Maintain high disposal equipment percentage with quality requirements.Duy trì thiết bị hoạt động cao phù hợp với các yêu cầu về chất lượng.

Following escalation process due problems/failures in lines.Tuân theo quy trình báo cáo sự cố khi có vấn đề/hỏng hóc trong dây chuyền.

Follow up 5S security meeting and security maintenance activities.Theo dõi tiến độ các cuộc họp liên quan đến 5S và hoạt động bảo trì an toàn trong nhà máy.

Active participation in Machine Maintenance Daily Huddle.Tích cực tham gia các cuộc họp hàng ngày về bảo trì máy móc.

Attend security meeting at shift beginning.Tham gia họp an toàn vào đầu ca làm việc.

Follow up procedures and LOTO certifications.Theo dõi các quy trình và chứng nhận LOTO (Lockout/Tagout).

Support other departments.Hỗ trợ các phòng ban khác.

React efficiently into possible production plan changes.Nhanh nhạy với các thay đổi có thể xảy ra trong kế hoạch sản xuất.

Do you have what it takes?

Soft skills (communication, feedbacks, organization, systematic approach).Kỹ năng mềm (giao tiếp, phản hồi, tổ chức, phương pháp tiếp cận có hệ thống).

Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or similar – Intermediate and above.Trình độ kỹ sư Điện, Cơ khí, Cơ điện tử hoặc tương đương – Trung cấp trở lên.
Having 2 years of experience as a maintenance Technician in plastic injection machines.Có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm bảo trì, bảo dưỡng trong lĩnh vực máy ép nhựa.
Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed).Linh hoạt về thời gian (đôi khi cần hỗ trợ ca cuối tuần).
Machine safety knowledge.Kiến thức về an toàn máy móc.
Problem Solving.Giải quyết vấn đề.
Can communicate in basic English.Có khả năng giao tiếp cơ bản bằng tiếng Anh.
