Integration Lead (Java/Python)

We are seeking an experienced
Integration Lead
to join our team and play a vital role in supporting both our engineering and business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing tools and processes that enable the rapid development and deployment of software. The Integration Lead will oversee the design and integration of banking systems while managing a team of specialists. This role requires expertise in API management platforms such as WSO2, MuleSoft, and Kong, along with a deep understanding of API development best practices.

Lead and mentor a small team of integration specialists, ensuring project delivery and adherence to best practices.
Design and develop APIs using WSO2, MuleSoft, or Kong; provide guidance on version control, deployments, and monitoring.
Implement OAuth2 using Identity/SSO tools and manage API security.
Use Swagger and API Developer Toolkit for API design and modeling.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and data governance policies.
Install and configure various API product features and capabilities.

Yêu cầu công việcMust have skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
5+ years of IT integration experience, with 2+ years in a lead role
Proven experience with AWS services and their application in integration scenarios.
Proven experience with WSO2, MuleSoft, and Kong for API design and development.
Strong knowledge of OAuth2 implementations and API security.
Proficiency in programming languages (Java or Python) and Agile project management.
Solid experience in leading and managing a small team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and accountability
Strong problem- solving skills, a proactive attitude toward learning, and a curious mindset
Actively support team members’ growth through guidance and feedback
Effective communication skills to motivate and engage cross- functional teams.

Middleware and enterprise service bus (ESB) solutions
API design and modeling (Swagger)
Knowledge of compliance standards (PCI DSS, GDPR)
TOGAF
AWS Certified Solutions Architect
