* Key Responsibilities:
* Job Summary: As a Interior Designer at Rechic, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the initial vision and design direction of our projects. The main responsibilities of the Interior Design include creating concept, doing 3D models and renderings of interior and landscape areas, choosing materials, managing drawing documentation and following up during construction.
- Generates ideas and sketches: floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
- Select materials, furnishings, and color palettes that align with the design concept
- To conduct site inspection
* Project Management:
- Coordinate with architects, contractors to ensure the project is executed according to the design plan.
- Oversee the installation of design elements and ensure quality control throughout the project.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost- effective completion.
* Research and Trends:
- Continuously research and incorporate new design ideas and innovations into projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.
* Documentation and Reporting:
- Portfolio must be attached along with CV when applying for this position.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including design plans, specifications, and cost estimates.

- Possesses robust organizational and supervisory skills, proven by a history of effectively managing projects and teams to achieve outstanding outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max,…
- At least 5 years of experience design: in fashion store design, F&B store. Ability to manage small- scale projects.
- Strong creativity, logical thinking, and aesthetic sense.
- Holds a Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s degree in design field or possesses equivalent certification
- Skills: in presenting layout, color, light and material.
- Knowledgeable about materials and construction materials
