Participate in ideation brainstorming session to restructure business strategy, identify improvements in existing product or new product innovation;
Other requests from team and supervisor;
Update information on global practices, market trend and other information relevant to the project;
Support the implementation of research plans including questionnaire design, interview note taking, data processing, analysis and reporting;

Good data/ insights analysis / interpretation skills;
Have a working knowledge of qualitative research, quantitative research methods, or statistical analysis (preferred);
Final year students/fresh graduates/no more than 2 years of working experience with GPA at least 3.2/4 or 8.0/10;
Language: Chinese is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication;
Good attitude and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team;
Can express ideas clearly and simply; listen to others;
Passion for observing behavior & synthesizing insights into product design;
