HR System Support

Assist with data entry and maintenance of employee information in our HR system (e.g., payroll, benefits, contact details).
Conduct research and update employee files with missing or outdated information.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Support HR team with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents.
Perform basic data analysis as needed.

HR Process Support

Collaborate with HR professionals to understand and document key HR & Admin processes.
Work with HR team to tailor visualizations to specific audiences (e.g., managers, employees, stakeholders).
Develop and maintain a library of standardized HR process visualizations.
Conduct research on best practices for HR process visualization and stay updated on current trends.
Design clear and informative flowcharts, diagrams, and infographics using Visio or other visualization tools.

General Support

Assist with HR projects and special initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Maintain organized and confidential filing systems.

Strong visual design skills and experience using Visio or similar software is a plus.
Strong organizational and time- management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry.
Knowledge of HR principles and practices a plus.
Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fields.
