Job Description
To ensure transparency, efficiency, and compliance in the financial and operational activities of cinema business units by monitoring business performance, optimizing asset management, mitigating operational risks, and strengthening internal audit practices. This role also serves as a strategic partner across departments to enhance processes, improve overall performance, and support data- driven decision- making by senior management.
Present findings to management and support automation to improve audit and reporting processes.
Ensure contractual and operational compliance across cinema units.
Audit fixed assets, leases, and capital expenses to ensure compliance and effective asset utilization.
Analyze cinema P&L statements, monitor business performance, and ensure budget alignment with actual financial status.
Assess procurement activities and daily operations to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Review financial controls, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements to optimize cost and profitability.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Procurement to enhance internal controls and reporting accuracy.
Job Requirements
Strong skills in financial and data analysis, risk management, and internal audit- related disciplines.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or operations/risk management preferably within a chain business or similar multi- unit industry.
Professional certifications such as CMA, CIA, or other relevant credentials are a strong advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a solid foundation in data analysis; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
Previous experience in a scale- up environment or multi- branch business model is highly desirable.
Good command of English, especially in verbal and written communication.
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
