Internal Auditor (contractor 12 months)

1>
Audit Operation
- Assist in conducting quarterly independence testing as required by PepsiCo&039;s Global Control Standard for key business processes.
- Work closely with Process Owners and Control Owners to communicate self- testing results and report any key control failures.
- Follow up with Control Owners to ensure scheduled testing aligns with PepsiCo&039;s Global Control Standard requirements.
- Monitor the progress of subsequent action plans communicated by stakeholders.
- Monitor the quality of self- testing by verifying that test scripts are followed correctly and that an adequate sample size is maintained.
2>
Business Partnering
- Provide advice and support to users, ensuring strict adherence to local policies, processes, and Schedules of Authority (SoA) to comply with processes and PepsiCo&039;s Global Control Standard.
- Conduct regular checks for Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflicts and, when necessary, authorize system access.
- Assist Internal Control Manager in preparing for annual Risk Assessment & Fraud Risk Assessment, revising, and updating all processes (flowcharts, test scripts) in a timely manner.
3>
Process & Control Improvement Project
- Participate in ad- hoc task forces as required, such as system implementations or specific assignments.
- Collaborate with Internal Control Manager on process and control improvement projects.

- Proficiency in English
- Understanding of internal controls and auditing principles.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail- oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
- Good analytical and problem- solving skills.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- At least 1 year of working experience in audit/ internal control.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
