Internal Communications And Design Officer

Position purpose :
• Responsible for the execution of Corporate Communications activities, both internal and external, at the local operation sites with high quality and efficiency.
• Assist and work with local team in employee relations / industrial relations, digital/social media communications, internal and external events.
• Align with Hong Kong Corporate Communications on communications messages, channel management and corporate- wide initiatives
Responsibilities :
• Training for users in various departments on Branding Entities.
• Coordinate with other Vietnam locations in management of promotion channels.
• Propose ideas, budget, and organize large internal company events such as Staff Dinner, Employee Dinner, Management Team Building, ETC.
• Manage internal and external promotion channels: Yammer, Intranet, Notice board, TV, Vietnam Facebook, LinkedIn, ETC.
• Create and manage contents including written and multimedia materials, graphic designs.
• Support local GMs and HR to promote Tessellation Vietnam as ‘The Employer of Choice’
• Translate and customize corporate messages in local language and disseminate at appropriate channels.
• Basic training on filming/photography/design standards according to corporate guidelines.
• Support and execute planned and ad- hoc internal and external communications projects/ events.
• Work with local team to implement internal and external corporate communications activities. These activities include preparation and dissemination of internal announcement and quarterly newsletter, support town hall meetings (if any), promotion of internal activities, handling of media enquiries and interviews.
• Responsible for corporate designs and internal events for the factories (posters, banners, presentations, clips, ETC.).

Requirements :
+ Academy background :

At least 3 years of work experiences in communications
Experience working in multinational company is an advantage
University graduate, major in Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines

+ Language : Proficient in both written and spoken English, Vietnamese and Chinese is a plus
+ Skills :

Knowledge of media relation is a plus
Knowledge of management of social media channels.
Knowledge of basic graphic design, and multi- media material preparation
Experiences in event coordination, and project management

+ Personality: Self- motivated, passionate with can- do spirit; open- minded; culturally sensitive and organized
+ Work location : Vietnam and travel across sites as required
+ Management competency: Effective time management, Problem- solving skills, Communication proficiency, Responsive and details oriented

Transportation: A shuttle bus from HCM city to Company

Salary: Gross 13,000,000- 16,000,000 (depending on personal competencies)
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM (Working 2 half days on Saturdays, alternating each month, counted as 1 working day; different Saturdays each month are paid holidays); no overtime compensation
Leave: 14 days of vacation per year, 13th- month salary, and a probation period with 100% salary according to the labor contract
