ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
SOP Development and Management

Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect changes in processes, technologies, and regulations.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure SOPs are aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Lead the development, documentation, and implementation of SOPs across various departments.

Process Consolidation

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of SOPs and suggest improvements as necessary.
Lead cross- functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Identify areas of improvement within existing procedures and implement best practices.

Training and Compliance

Provide support during external audits and regulatory inspections.
Ensure compliance with SOPs through regular audits and inspections.
Develop and deliver training programs to ensure all employees are familiar with and adhere to SOPs.

ISO 27000 Implementation

Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate information security risks.
Develop and implement ISO 27000 standards within the organization, ensuring compliance with information security management practices.
Work closely with relevant teams to integrate ISO 27000 standards into existing SOPs.
Lead internal audits and ensure continuous improvement of ISO 27000 compliance.

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain an organized repository of all SOPs and related documents.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on SOP compliance and effectiveness.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, up- to- date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge

Understanding of process management, internal control, TQM, and risk management.
Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross- functional collaboration.
Strong analytical skills to identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities.
Detail- oriented mindset with proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and project management tools.

Experience

Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience in process management, internal control, TQM, and risk management.
Certification in process management, quality management, or risk management (preferred).
