OBJECTIVE
Providing specific direction within rice industry, businesses, or organizations that might have a need for products or services offered by the company.
This position is responsible for sourcing and develop potential customers/clients efficiency.
Follow up procedures, cost and work with another department deadline commitment
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY
Business development
Organize international exhibitions, if any
Maintain and grow existing business while securing new revenue streams from new clients
Prospect, build, and develop strategic partnerships with clients/customers
Work with marketing team to update marketing tools and communicate on social networks
Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
Sale development
Usually update the change of PO (if any) with other departments and check PO documents. Follow up the delivery (quality & quantity) to Customers and checking lable, date information
Handle export process: negotiation, logistic, payments, etc
Work with Supply chain about PO, shipment booking, client’s requirement. Control the sale risk and sale cost
Consumer and Customer focus – must be externally focused on the changing needs of the Customer and consumer markets in Oversea
To responsible for sale target by monthly, quarter, 6 months and yearly of team
Deal to Customer for increasing sale volume.
Customer care
Research and analyze market trends, identify areas to expand to create strategic relationships with key customers
Planning sales forecast in details for all key account to ensure supply accuracy. Update the price list and Key account list monthly
Follow- up suggest projects with quality department
Debt management
Responsible for reviewing the finance competence, reputation of Customer before sign contract and supervision the payment schedule of Customer
Working with Accounting team to update accuracy information of debt amount Customer. Control debt of cost and debt risk
Responsible for debt payment of Customer and improve the debt efficiency to limit risk
Brand development
Strategic management for the global brand of Lotus Rice develop key customers
Monitoring category and brands performance against market, evaluating the effectiveness of promotions, activities, and takes corrective action, as needed to ensure achievement of business goals of company
