International Sales Manager

***COMPANY INTRODUCTION:
YUJIN VINA Co., Ltd specializes in manufacturing cutlery such as spoons, forks, and knives for European and American brands and handbag metal accessories for luxury brands. The company has been in operation for more than 20 years with three factories in Thu Duc and one new factory in Long An focusing on automation. ***ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
Orientation, unity, team development to bring the highest efficiency in work.
***YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

arrange shipments
make BOD weekly
Scan barcode to customer
explore customer information
packing photos report to customer
do production request, book ERP, book GD
price calculate and quotation, make sales contract note,
chase production&039;s productivity, packing materials
making the commision to customer
discuss with customers&039; requests, demands or claims
arrange and join meeting with clients or suppliers
work closely with production team, purchasing team, QC team, logistic team, suppliers
daily communicate with customers
check samples quality, sample production quality, send samples or documents to customers
create new EPR code, changing price in ERP, changing turn over between LA and TD turn over in ERP
follow and develop new designs, new production with R&D team
weekly join salesteam meeting
follow and pushing payment
check and process to take the lable from customer system
book & follow inspection
weekly update shipment on EX- A
arrange air shipments
manage orders

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related business or commercial discipline. Preferrably international business administration.
Responsibility to handle and solve problem or complaint from buyers
Negotiattion skills
Independent working/strong project management skill
Fluent in English, both spoken and written skills. MS application
05 years of experience in Sales & Marketing for junior manager and 03 years for staff
