International Sales Manager_ Chinese

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise competitors in specific market and provide report for expansion chances/opportunities
Analyze and identify areas for improvement and verify all processes for various sales reports.
Hire and select members and perform efficient safekeeping of growth- oriented plans for developmenT
Develop and maintain negotiation with international distribution agencies.
Administer multiple product lines and encourage market segments for growth.
Manage everyday communication with all global dealers and detect issues and opportunities.
Supervise effective maintenance of pipeline and ensure punctual reporting mechanism to strengthen management.
Design and provide innovative sales and marketing campaigns to ensure sale of product and production capacity loading plan of the manufacturing for both short term and long- term plan.
Align with respective R&D teams for new product development and innovative initiatives to improve and strengthen competitiveness in the market.
Design various strategic sales & marketing plans and implement effective international sales methods to meet sales targets in China or just any main markets/ territories as assigned
Analyze and implement all operational plans for reservations and ensure increase in sales and prepare required forecasts for executive management.
Maintain and train in employees in all distribution channels.
Analyze and ensure implementation of all product orders.

REQUIREMENTS:

2- 3 years working as a Manager and/or above
8- 10 years working experience the same industry
Solid understanding of the industry market
Good at 4 skills of Chinese
Bachelor degree with major in International Trading or Business Administration
