Investment Manager

The Investment Manager plays a key role in driving strategic expansion initiatives, including M&A, investments, joint ventures, fundraising, and new business incubation. This role works closely with C- level executives and the Board of Directors to evaluate opportunities, structure deals, and execute transactions aligned with OnPoint’s long- term strategy.
Investment & M&A
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate cross- functional teams (Finance, Legal, Commercial, Operations) throughout deal execution and post- merger integration.
• Lead financial modeling, valuation, scenario analysis, market research, and due diligence.
• Identify, screen, and evaluate potential M&A, partnership, and investment opportunities.
• Prepare investment proposals, business cases, and deal structuring materials for Management and Board approval.
Investor Relations
• Support communication with existing and potential investors.
• Support governance processes and manage investor expectations.
• Prepare investor materials including pitch decks, performance updates, Board reports, and investment memos.
• Track and report financial and business performance to investors and the Board.
