IQC Engineer

Arrange daily inspector work as per quality instruction for incoming material inspection, source inspection and in- house material auditing
Lead to handle MRB to ensure to get the solution in best times
Regular report the material quality status to manager
Provide continuous on job training to build up inspector capability
Instantaneous feedback material problem to purchasing, supplier, for instantaneous corrective action
Assess inspector performance
Regular review the quality activity and monitor the activity is being implemented to achieve quality target.
Take the management of all the IQC equipment
Conduct activity assigned by QA manager

Exposures on dealing with external suppliers;
Fluency in English both in written and oral
Strong knowledge on different QC tools and methodologies;
College graduate
At least 3 years experience as supplier quality engineer or component quality engineer in related environment.
Strong personality and leadership;
Team player;
Ability to drive external suppliers for continuous improvement;
Have the knowledge of ISO14001/OHSAS18001 and EHS document.
Have the knowledge of ISO/TS16949, AS9100, ISO13485.
