IT Administrator

Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize software on computer systems.
Consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
Take responsibilities for business continuity of the IT system infrastructure.
Regularly check system logs, resources, network performance to ensure optimal functioning.
Creating user accounts and performing access control.
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
Assist the help desk and other teams with troubleshooting to identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups.
Designing and implementing efficient end- user feedback and error reporting systems.
Ensure data integrity by periodically testing restore processes.
Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security policies.
Working with customers or departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance.
Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.
Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
Use monitoring tools to detect and respond to security breaches and threats.

Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
Good analytical and problem- solving skills.
Familiarity with Docker/K8s.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. Java, JavaScript, React, Nodejs)
At least two years&039; experience in a similar role.
Cerified in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft. Redhat, Linux, Comptia IT certification.
Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
