Description
The
IT Specialist will be part of the office operations team and the go to person for all things IT & AV related for Vietnam & abroad. They will be responsible for executing on the day- to- day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our IT infrastructure, device management, audio visual equipment & tooling, for our growing global team.
Responsibilities

Be part of the frontline for our internal helpdesk ticketing process
Provide hands- on & remote technical support to diagnose & resolve issues with company devices & applications
Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate technology tools that support our business requirements
Communicate best practices in application use, data & device management
Keeping abreast of new IT products & solutions & providing recommendations for process improvements
Maintain & improve our office Audio Visual setup (e.g. prep meeting rooms, presentations, etc)
Maintain our system of record for user access controls to applications (Okta etc.)
Manage and enforce our MDM security requirements, working with InfoSec to ensure all compliance requirements are met.
Maintain & improve our office infrastructure, working with vendors for our global offices

Minimum Qualifications

Experience with technical support for laptops (MacOS & Windows)
Experience maintaining office network infrastructure
2+ years of experience working in IT or Operations
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Experience with Professional AV equipment (mics, camera, speakers, audio interfaces)

Desired Skills & Experience

Appreciation of the challenges faced by IT security professionals and a desire to provide solutions
Experience administering SaaS tools (Gsuite, Office365, Atlassian etc.)
Experience managing SSO & MDM systems (Okta, Jamf, Intune etc.)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem- solving skills
Experience with Ubiquiti Systems or other enterprise networks
Understanding of SOC2 & ISO27001 security standards
Experience configuring & supporting MacOS & Windows systems

Additional Qualifications

This position may require no more than 20% travel from time to time as set forth by the Company.
Must have reliable internet connection and an at home workstation setup. (For remote positions)
Must be authorized to work in the country where this position is based without the need for visa sponsorship at time of application.
