IT-Backend Developer (Java/Spring Boot) - Middle to Senior Level

Team Collaboration: Work with software engineers and analysts; participate in Agile/Scrum meetings (stand- ups, sprint planning).
Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing and integration testing with JUnit/Mockito; debug and optimize code performance.
Automation & Integration: Optimize business processes with Corezoid and API integration; integrate with ESB, MCS, or third- party APIs for seamless data flow; monitor processes via Corezoid dashboards.
Business Analysis: Collaborate with departments to gather requirements for BPM and internal applications (e.g., HR, workflow, reporting); propose automation solutions.
Software Development: Write code using Java and Spring Boot to build BPM and internal applications; use Corezoid for workflow optimization.
Skill Development: Continuously improve skills in Java, Spring Boot, Corezoid, and related technologies.
System Design: Architect software for BPM and internal apps, including database (SQL/NoSQL) and API design; create technical documentation.
Deployment & Maintenance: Deploy applications to production with DevOps (CI/CD); maintain and upgrade BPM and internal systems.

● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and full SDLC.

● Understanding of Microservices, SOA, and event- driven architecture (e.g., Kafka).

● Ability to read and understand English technical documentation.

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

● Skilled in MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis.

● Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating SOAP services.

● Proficient in Design Patterns (SOLID, Factory, Singleton, Strategy, Repository).

● 3+ years of backend development with Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.

● Proficient in writing unit tests and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito.

● Strong knowledge of Java Core, OOP, multi- threading, collections, and exception handling.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Knowledge of Elasticsearch and handling large- scale data.
● Familiarity with Backbase or Corezoid platforms
● Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
