IT Business Analyst

Lead the implementation of selected software solutions, working closely with IT teams and vendors to ensure successful deployment.
Provide training and support to employees to ensure the effective use of new software tools.
Analyze and document current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct data analysis to derive insights from sales data, customer information, and other relevant data sources.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their business needs and objectives.
Oversee quality assurance to ensure that implemented systems meet quality and functionality standards.
Research, evaluate, and recommend software solutions and technology tools to streamline operations, such as inventory management, point of sale (POS) systems, CRM, and e- commerce platforms.

Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to changing technology and business requirements.
Project management experience is a plus.
2+ years experience as a Business Analyst in a retail or similar industry.
