IT Business Analyst (BA)

Check test plan and results conducted by outsourcing developers
Present and report idea for improvement in terms of features and of UI/UX to Product Manager.
Plan and execute User Acceptance Test, and summarize result
Write documents ; Business Requirements Document, System Specification, and User Flow.
Act as a bridge between product dev. team and other related team(Marketing/Sales etc.)
Perform other duties as assigned by the product manager
Research and analyze user’s needs and software business models
Work under Product Manager, and with an outsourcing software development company
Summarize the test result and make the developers fix bugs

Have experience writing instructions to use and operating flow/procedures of the system and users.
3+ years of experience in Business Analysis/Product Owner in software products.
Having experience in participating in Agile/Scrum projects is an advantage.
Ability to use English at work.
In- depth understanding of software production, requirement, analysis, design & implementation process.
