IT Business Analyst

Identify, investigate and analyze business and stakeholder requirements
Perform different kinds of research analysis to propose appropriate solutions to stakeholders
Work closely with development teams to ensure that business requirements are met and implemented as expected
Document and manage change requests and enhancements from stakeholders
Provide quick mockups/prototypes/wireframes and collaborate with designer to translate them into UI in Figma
Participate in the documentation analysis and validation of business processes, systems, and solution requirements
Take Business Analyst role in a project to liaise among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems. Perform internal UAT prior to the delivery of the solution
Be familiar with the SCRUM Agile Development methodology and conduct regular stand- ups with the development team and product owner
Conducting Quality Assurance and Quality Control tests, A/B tests, and UAT sections with users and product owners
Engage and facilitate workshops with business and project stakeholders
Support Project Manager with project planning and estimating, status reporting, employee mentoring, performance management, development process and contribution to strategic direction
Engage with the business and some stakeholder management
Managing software defects through to resolution

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 3+ years as a Business Analyst in an outsourcing company
Big plus if you had working experience as a QC before
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, analytical, research and conceptual thinker
Attention to detail and ability to document business process and requirements effectively
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
An ability to relate to people at all levels
A flexible and respectful approach in liaising with colleagues!

Diploma/Degree in Computer/Software Engineering or Information Technology
